cedh.io provides competitive EDH (Commander) statistics, deck analysis, and tournament data visualization. The Service aggregates publicly available tournament data to provide insights for the cEDH community.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the platform.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary to keep it current.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without prior written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of cedh.io is proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Tournament data is sourced from topdeck.gg and is used in accordance with their terms of service.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our privacy practices. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described herein.

Account data includes your email address and display name. We use analytics services to understand how the Service is used and to improve the user experience.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cedh.io and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless cedh.io and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
